Student Council

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Student Council at Standing Bear this year.

We are looking for the students who are willing to be an active representative of our school, share their ideas, communicate with others, contribute their time to projects and events, and inspire others.

The application consists of three parts:

• Your application (Google Form link, complete by March 31st at 5:00 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted. Applications will be reviewed and an email will be sent out on Thursday, April 13th, 2023).
• Two reference letters from your teachers or other leaders in the community (Please email this link to those who will write a letter of recommendation for you. Avoid anyone you’re related to. Examples of references: teachers, church leaders, community leaders, boss etc. The form must be completed and submitted by March 31st at 5:00 p.m.)
• Interview (after reviewing the applications, the Committee will choose the candidates for an interview. You will be notified about it through your email. The interviews will be conducted on Zoom).
